CGGA的mri数据集 中国脑胶质瘤基因组图谱计划（Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas, CGGA）是2021年由江涛教授作为发起人和创建者启动的。（http://www.cgga.org.cn/）。该数据库旨在通过基因组学技术结合生物信息学分析方法，全面绘制中国人群的脑胶质瘤基因组图谱，从中探寻脑胶质瘤发生、发展过程中的驱动因子以及关键信号通路，为脑胶质瘤的分子分型和药物靶点研发提供指导和脑胶质瘤精准医学全链条的发展奠定基础，同时也让国内外更多从事脑胶质瘤的研究者可以对该数据库进行有效挖掘与利用。
