ATM22

ATM22(气道树建模挑战赛2022)是一个大规模肺部气道分割CT数据集。该数据集包含500例带有完整肺部气道标注的CT扫描。官方将这些数据划分为300例训练集、50例验证集和150例测试集。需要注意的是,训练集中有20例直接来自EXACT'09训练集。此外发现原始训练集中有1例的标注与CT图像不匹配,该病例在最新版本中已被移除,因此实际可用的训练病例数为299例。验证集不提供标注,但可通过官网提交进行在线验证。
