CHAOS

CHAOS(Combined CT-MR Healthy Abdominal Organ Segmentation,联合CT-MR健康腹部器官分割)是腹部医学图像分割的经典基准之一,其独特之处在于提供了配对的CT和MR多模态数据及相应标注。该数据集在ISBI 2019挑战赛中发布,包含40例配对的CT和MR数据,其中仅20例提供标注作为训练集,剩余20例官方声明不发布标注。值得注意的是,尽管数据是配对的,但CT和MR的标注并不相同:CT仅提供肝脏标注,而MR则提供四个不同器官的标注。
