Colorectal-Liver-Metastases
结直肠癌肝转移（Colorectal-Liver-Metastases, CRLM）数据集包含来自197例CRLM患者的DICOM图像和DICOM分割对象（DSO）。所有患者均接受了CRLM切除手术，术前计算机断层扫描（CT）图像可用于定量影像分析。CT图像从PACS系统中提取，并按照机构批准和HIPAA法规进行了去标识化处理。使用Scout Liver（Pathfinder Technologies Inc., TN, USA）软件半自动分割肝脏、肿瘤和血管，生成3D模型。每个病例包含原始DICOM CT图像和每个受试者的分割掩模。分割范围涵盖肝脏和肝肿瘤。所有DSO（分割对象）均经过相关专家验证。
