KiPA22

KiPA22(肾脏解析2022)是一个用于3D肾脏、肾脏肿瘤、动脉和静脉分割的腹部肾脏解析CTA数据集。该数据集包含130例完整标注的CT扫描病例。数据被官方划分为70例训练集、30例封闭测试集和30例开放测试集。在常规挑战赛中,仅提供训练集和开放测试集。该数据集的一个亮点是包含了有价值的异常肾脏样本,并对精细的肾脏血管结构进行了标注,这对肾脏相关疾病的诊断系统研究具有重要意义。需要注意的是,官方提供的数据集并非完整的腹部CT数据,而是经过肾脏区域裁剪的数据,因此其尺寸远小于典型的3D CT分割数据。
