UCSF-PDGM数据集是一个用于弥漫性胶质瘤分割的MRI模态数据集,属于TCIA(The Cancer Imaging Archive)系列的一部分。该数据集包含501例病例数据,MRI模态包括八种类型:3D T2加权成像、T2/FLAIR加权成像、磁敏感加权成像(SWI,Susceptibility Weighted Imaging)、弥散加权成像(DWI,Diffusion Weighted Imaging)、对比剂注射前后的T1加权成像、3D动脉自旋标记(ASL,Arterial Spin Labeling)灌注成像,以及2D 55方向高角度分辨率弥散成像(HARDI,High Angular Resolution Diffusion Imaging)。研究过程中使用了两种钆基对比剂:Gadovist(0.1 mL/kg,拜耳公司)和钆特酸(0.2 mL/kg,Dotarem,Guerbet公司,法国奥奈苏布瓦)。该数据集不仅包含肿瘤分割,还包括全脑和大脑皮层分割,具体细节可参见可视化部分。
