MSseg08

MSseg08 数据集是一个MRI模态中分割多发性硬化病变的数据集。是MICCAI2008的一个挑战赛。数据集一共包含 51 例数据,其中 20 例训练集提供图像和标签,31 例验证集只提供图像。这次挑战赛的目标是比较 3D 多发性硬化病变分割技术。比赛接受针对多发性硬化症(MS)病变分割的通用病变分割方法,要求算法必须是全自动的。多发性硬化病变分割方法的性能将通过一系列综合衡量标准进行评估。 本次挑战赛使用的多发性硬化病变MRI数据分别由波士顿儿童医院和北卡罗来纳大学(UNC)提供。UNC的病例数据由Siemens 3T Allegra MRI扫描仪获取,切片厚度为1mm,平面分辨率为0.5mm。为了简化分割过程,所有数据已刚性配准到一个共同参考框架,并使用b-spline插值法重新切片为等方体体素间隔。预处理后的数据存储在NRRD格式中,包含一个ASCII可读的头文件和一个单独的未压缩原始图像数据文件。
