HVSMR(先天性心脏病三维心血管MRI全心脏及大血管分割)数据集专注于从三维心血管磁共振成像(MRI)中分割心脏解剖结构。该MRI数据采用1.5T扫描仪(Philips Achieva)无造影剂获取,采用轴向视角和稳态自由进动(SSFP)序列,由专业评估人员手动分割心脏血池和心室心肌,并经两位临床专家验证。数据集包含19例病例,其中训练集含10例带标注数据,测试集含9例无标注数据。
