BrainPTM数据集是一个脑白质纤维束映射数据集。该数据集提供了75例计划进行脑肿瘤切除术患者的脑部MR扫描白质纤维束标注结果。病理类型包括少突胶质细胞瘤、星形细胞瘤、胶质母细胞瘤和海绵状血管瘤。每位患者均接受了T1加权成像和弥散加权成像检查。数据集分为训练集和测试集,其中训练集包含60例专家半自动标注的白质纤维束掩膜案例,测试集包含15例无标注案例。
