BraTS2023-SSA(撒哈拉以南非洲脑肿瘤分割挑战赛2023)是BraTS2023五项分割子任务之一,专注于撒哈拉以南非洲地区患者的胶质瘤分割。该数据集包含60例带标注的训练样本、15例无标注的验证样本和30例测试样本。每个病例提供四种MR序列(t1w、t1c、t2w、t2f)的输入图像及胶质瘤分割结果,其中标注主要包括非强化肿瘤核心(Non-enhanced tumor core, NC)、水肿区(Oedema)和强化肿瘤(Enhanced tumor, ET)。验证集提供无标注图像,可在官网提交验证结果,测试集数据则不公开。
