NeurIPS 2022细胞分割竞赛(正式名称为"多模态高分辨率显微图像中的弱监督细胞分割")推出了一个大规模、多模态的显微图像数据集用于细胞分割。该数据集汇集了来自全球十余个实验室、超过40项不同生物实验的图像,是迄今为止最多样化的细胞图像集合之一。它涵盖四种主要显微技术:微分干涉相差(Differential Interference Contrast, DIC)、荧光(Fluorescent)、相差(Phase-contrast)和明场(Brightfield),包含多种细胞类型如组织细胞、培养细胞、未标记细胞和染色细胞。训练集包含1000张标注图像和1500张未标注图像。验证集由100张公开标注的图像组成。测试集包含422张图像,其中包括两张荧光全切片图像(Whole Slide Images, WSIs),为研究者们增添了挑战。
