STimage-1K4M
STimage-1K4M 是一个突破性的多模态数据集，包含基于空间转录组学的1,149张图像，详细记录了每个空间位点的基因表达信息。这些图像被分割成更小的子图块，每个子图对应15,000至30,000维的基因表达数据，最终形成总计4,293,195组子图像与基因表达配对。
